      GIC-1 Lift Guide rail installation laser calibrator is a portable precision measuring instrument, which provides a new set of high precision lift guide installation positioning and guide distortion detection methods. In the construction of lift installation, the adjustment of guide rail installation can be completed quickly.

      This tool consists of a pair of Guide rail installation positioning ruler and GRC guide rail coplanarity laser detector (2 pieces).

      Guide rail installation positioning ruler is suitable for the installation of scaffold and non scaffold guide rail, correcting the deviation of guide rail and steel wire.

Working principle

Place the mounting surface of the laser transmitter (i.e. the side with magnets ) against the side working surface of one guide rail, so that the three magnets are tightly attached to the side working surface of the measured guide rail. And attach the target ruler to the opposite guide rail, as shown in Figure 1.

Turn on the power switch, the laser beam is directed towards the opposite guide rail, adjust the target ruler to hit the laser beam on the scale of ruler. Adjust the measured guide rail to hit the laser spot on the zero scale line.

Note: The mounting surface of the laser transmitter and the mounting surface of the target ruler must be on the same side of the guide rail.

Swap the positions of the laser transmitter and the target ruler and adjust the other guide rail according to the above method, as shown in Figure 2. Through two or more adjustments, the corresponding working surfaces of the two guide rails are coplanar, indicating that the guide rails are not twisted.
