Product Description

       This tester adopts popular double columns structure and is equipped with Servo speed control system and motor (Panasonic), imported reduction gears and ball screw. Beam and bench are fixed with integral steel plate and high strength alloy

     Compact structure of this type fits for small load testing. It is an ideal choice for small testing force measurement. Mainly used for stretching, peeling, tearing of tinsel, metal foil, rubber, food packing, textile fibers, cables and cords, binder, connector, plastic, foam etc.

 

Features

 1). Main Frame

       Equipped with High accurate pre-load ball screw improves the transmission efficiency and precision. The beam and bench are fixed by integral steel plate and high strength alloy feed rod, which make up the high stiffness main frame.

2). Stroke protection device
       Machine is equipped with Contactless proximity switch, which can prevent machine from being damaged by over stroke.
 3). Testing Force Measuring Device
       High stability, accuracy strain load cell ensures the test force precision higher than 0.5%.
This machine can equip with different capacity load cells.
4). Displacement Measuring
      High precision photoelectric encoder directly measuring the displacement change of beam, which ensures the accuracy of measurement and controlling.
5). Grips
      Manual or hydraulic grips is provided for your choice.
6). Emergency Switch
      You can stop the machine quickly when accident occurs.
7).Transmission System

       Using Digital AC servo controller and servo motor with accurate control and high frequent response. Also equipped with precision deceleration system, which ensures high transmission efficiency, low noise, smooth and steady transmission.
