B.Main features
1.the main frame adopts four columns, lower cylinder, moving beam structure. The main cylinder is made of cast steel, and the piston is made of ductile iron. The frame and beam are cast parts, and the four lead screws are forged parts.
1.1 The frame material is a castings formed in one casting, and after failure handling, with long-term stability.1.2 The beam is equipped with a gap eliminator to eliminate the gap between the drive nut and the lead screw, and the beam is light in weight and good in stiffness; Stable and reliable.
1.3 The upper platen is connected under the beam by screws, and the upper and lower platens are made of steel.
1.4 The cylinder is made of integral casting and the stress of the cylinder is eliminated by the process after forming. The cylinder adopts clearance seal, which has low friction, less deformation and stable performance.
2. Computer measurement and control system. The measurement and control software is controlled by a computer and works under the Windows operating system. Servo valve as a control element, digital displacement sensor, high-precision load sensor, form a closed-loop control system, perform the test according to the predetermined program.
